Nick Sheehy

Nick joined Cover & Associates in 2019 as an Executive Recruiter in a role
focused on researching, sourcing, and recruiting. Prior, Nick was an
Associate Recruiter for HireEducation, a recruiting company in Boulder, CO
that specializes in the Education Technology sector. He has efficiently and
effectively placed high-level executives in a variety of functions,
including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Technology. In that role, Nick
has successfully worked with companies ranging from Series A  pre-revenue
startups to industry-leading $1B+ technology organizations. Nick has found
success in the recruiting field through a strong network of mentors and a
drive to continuously learn and improve. Candidates and clients have come to
trust and confide in Nick due to his professional and moral values, as well
as his affable nature. 

Prior to his executive recruiting roles, Nick began his professional career
in sales in the precious metals industry. In that role, he developed and
sharpened a skillset that has allowed him to become a top performer in both
of his functional specialties, including achieving President's Club status
in his first year recruiting. 


Nick attended the University Of Delaware with a Business Management and
Marketing focus. He moved from Delaware to Colorado in 2017 to begin his
recruiting career and to experience the Rocky Mountain outdoor lifestyle.
